Mrs. Hao has 18 years business development practices and experiences with impressive  performances in China pharmaceutical industry. Mrs. Hao was among few pioneers as  business developer in China pharmaceutical history and first Chinese to apply product license model of the West in China. Trained by Mr. Raymond Vaucher, former VP for global business development of Warner Lambert Capsugel and former BD consultant for China market of Ethypharm S.A. Mrs. Hao together with Mr. Raymond Vaucher promoted DDS products of Ethypharm S.A. for out-license in China. As former business development manager of Ethypharm S.A. for China and Hong Kong and later former business development director of Shanghai Ethypharm Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. responsible for China, Taiwan, South Korea and Southeast Asia markets, Mrs. Hao has concluded more than twenty products license agreements including partial co-development agreements with Multinationals, local generics companies and specialty pharmaceutical corporations and built the B to B business of Ethypharm in China. Korea and Southeast Asia.
